406MHz Distress Beacon Disposal Form

(Australian and New Zealand coded beacons only)

This form is to be used to notify AMSA when an owner disposes of a 406MHz distress beacon that is coded with the Australian or New Zealand country code. If you have a beacon coded with a foreign country code, or if you do not know what country code has been used, you will need advice, please contact the relevant authority on one of the numbers shown at the bottom of this form.

This form is not a registration form and if the beacon has been sold, the new owner will need to fill out and submit a registration form.
